
Trisha Shershberger is a native of the US and is a popular TV or online personality. Her work with ChannelFed is her most well-known work. YouTube channel SourceFed is her best-known. Hershberger was born and raised in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania. Hershberger was a student at Gwynedd Mercy Academy where she was an Archdiocesan scholar. She also received a full academic grant from DeSales University, where she completed her Bachelors of Arts in Theater Arts with a concentration in Theology. She worked in the theatre along with film and television, as a host, and modelled while growing up. Hershberger started her journey in the entertainment industry at the age of 5, taking part in local and community theatre productions. Hershberger worked as an intern at the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival and did commercials while in the college. After graduating in 2005 Hershberger was able to leave Pennsylvania to pursue a professional job and work in Los Angeles, California. In the course of this time, Hershberger entered the internet scene, and was featured on various YouTube channels such as IGN, Fandom, Smosh, Rhett and Link, TheFineBros, Nerdist, and more. In March 2012, her internet breakthrough occurred when she was a part of SourceFed, a YouTube Original channel owned by DeFranco Creative and Business Inc. As hosting full-time. Hershberger together with others who co-host SourceFed won the Series of the Year Award (Audience Choice Award) at the 3rd Annual Streamy Awards. The following year, they received the awarded Best news and Culture Series during the 4th Annual Streamy Awards.
